Offering realtime discounts to only the most price-sensitive customers

The Challenge

HappyCap was locked in a cycle of discounting for sales. Discounts were carving into margin significantly, but orders dropped significantly when Irakli, the owner, paused campaigns. They were looking for a way to get the best of both worlds.

Promi's Solution

HappyCap used Promi's AI model to offer 20% discounts to only the most price sensitive customers. 50% of traffic would be eligible for the personalized discount, while the other 50% would see no discount.

The Results

Promi's personalized discounts generated +24% average revenue per visitor and +23% conversion vs. the control group with no added discount. Overall, Promi's discount averaged just 7% per order.
