Supercharging email sign ups with personalized lead capture offers

The Challenge

Having seen great success with email and SMS campaigns, The Cravory was looking for a way to bolster it's list of leads. Its existing Klaviyo lead capture pop-up wasn't bringing in nearly as many emails as they had hoped, but they worried that increasing the discount would cut into their margins.

Promi's Solution

We used Promi's AI model to add a personalized offer into The Cravory's existing Klaviyo lead capture pop-up. As an added bonus, we included Promi deep links in the Klaviyo emails so that when clicked, visitors would be taken to the site and see prices dynamically update to reflect their discount. This experiment was run as an A/B test with 50% of traffic receiving the 10-25% personalized discount, and the other 50% receiving the existing static 15% discount.

The Results

Promi's personalized sign-up discount generated +93% email sign ups, translating to +92% ARPU and +27% profit per visitor for eligible audiences during the experiment period. With more customers receiving emails and SMS, The Cravory expects these numbers to only increase over time.
